In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service. Shipping Terms and Conditions

We offer to ship all products purchased on the Woodvergence website. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the product. The estimated shipping cost will be provided at the time of purchase, and the final cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

We make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that custom orders may take longer to process and ship.

We use third-party shipping providers to deliver our products. While we make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that we currently only offer to ship to customers in the United States. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Woodvergence. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, with the exception of custom-built items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-built items.

If you have any issues with a custom-built item, we are committed to working with you to make it right. Please contact us and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

For non-custom items, here are the guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these guidelines.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At Woodvergence, we take great pride in the quality of our decorative wood items including but not limited to bowls, boxes, vases, sculptures, plates, platters, cups, and so on. Each piece is made with the highest standards of craftsmanship and materials to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty on our decorative items, but we do have a 30-day return policy.

Wood items may be prone to cracking and warping due to the natural properties of wood. These variations are considered to be part of the character and beauty of the product and do not affect the overall functionality of the item.

Additionally, please note that our candlesticks are made from wood and should not be left unattended when candles are burning. Wood is a flammable material and should be used with caution.

Finally, some of our bowls, cups, and plates are suitable for use with food products, but not all of our finishes are food safe. Warranty:

All Woodvergence wood tables come with a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your table is found to be defective within this timeframe, we will attempt to repair it free of charge. If repair is not possible, we will replace the table with a new one.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper care or maintenance. In addition, some natural variations in the wood, such as knots, splits, and cracks, are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.

Disclaimers:

All Woodvergence wood tables are made from natural materials and may be prone to warping or cracking under certain conditions. We recommend that you avoid exposing your table to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight, as these can cause damage to the wood.

  • Please use caution when placing heavy objects on tall tables. We recommend ensuring that the table is stable before placing any heavy objects on it.
  • If you purchase a tall console table, we recommend securing it to the wall or floor to prevent tipping. Please follow the instructions provided or consult with a professional if you are unsure how to properly secure your table.
  • Please be aware that each table has a weight limit, which may vary depending on the size and type of legs. Please review the product description carefully to determine the weight limit for your table, and ensure that you do not exceed this limit.
  • Please note that tables are not meant to be stood on or used for any other purpose than as a surface for placing objects. Any other use may result in injury and damage to the table.
